I am a highly motivated and passionate conservation biologist with a Master of Wildlife and Fisheries Resources from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and a minor in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.Through my current position as Natural Resource Specialist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), I am broadening my horizons in natural resource conservation to include wetland conservation (determinations, mitigation, restoration, etc.), soil science, hydrology, in addition to strengthening skills such as Geographic Information Systems, vegetation identification, interpersonal communication, and conservation planning. I am a dedicated and skilled conservation biologist with a strong foundation in ecology, evolutionary biology, and wildlife sciences, as well as specialized knowledge in amphibian conservation. I am eager to apply my skills and experience to a career in conservation biology and contribute to the preservation of our planet's biodiversity.
