Planned and wrote two major operations orders and assisted peers with over 60 daily tasking orders for vital missions and training events. Managed daily administrative procedures directly responsible for sustaining assets that supported over 120 logistical movement operations including subsistence, bulk water, bulk petroleum, construction materials, ammunition, medical equipment, and repair parts.

Planned, resourced, supervised, and executed training to effectively develop a highly adaptive and proficient group of employees capable of performing their jobs in an austere environment. Responsible for the combat readiness, training, personal and professional development, health, morale, and safety of a 79 person organization. Accountable for the maintenance and accountability of 72 vehicles and ancillary support equipment valued in excess of $16 million. Organized and resourced the first fresh water purification operations to occur at Fort Carson in over ten years, and salt water purification operations in Kuwait; certifying the platoon’s water section for combat operations. Conducted over 50 resupply operations in support of higher headquarters; delivering over 450,000 gallons of petroleum to supported units with no losses. Managed over ten weapons qualification ranges certifying over 600 employees for combat operations. Dedicated 150 personal hours tutoring subordinates in college courses.

Responsible for the maintenance, scheduled, and unscheduled services of over 227 vehicles and ground support equipment necessary for sustaining ground combat readiness. Reviewed multiple maintenance reports daily to prioritize all job orders and confirm accurate accountability of ineffective equipment. Facilitated cohesion among the organization by synchronizing six internal commodity shops: service and recovery; tow and missile; communications and electronics; automotive; ground support equipment; and armament. Ensured excellent customer service was delivered to all clients. Developed standard operating procedures for six specialized maintenance shops. Completed over 900 job orders to sufficiently support daily maintenance operations. Successfully completed eight monthly Army Materiel Status System reports while maintaining a 97% or higher operational readiness rate.
