I worked hand in hand with a property manager and performed an excelled list of duties. Some of the main responsibilities were organizing, problem solving, customer services, account payable and receivables, coordinating appointments, filing, marketing and much more. I was trusted to be the step in go to person when the head property manager is out. I also assisted in the leasing department and took on showings, tours and a lot more paperwork that correlates with the lease.

Here I have been taught more about the various roles of selling and responsibility when it comes to making your numbers and hitting your marks. The client base that I have also accumulated makes me appreciate the position even more. Customer service is everything to me and this position allows me to prove that.

With this company I was the behind the scene organizer and planner. I was in charge of all travel plans, various orders, ensuring the logistics of the materials and vendors used. If something had to be done I did it. A little guidance goes a long way and this independence of this position allowed me to perfect my problem solving skills.

Here I was able to work my way up through the business to a bar tending job very quickly. I learned team building skills, problem solving skills, management skills and most of all patience for the customers.

I was asked to assist the owners in planning and putting on special events for their buisness. These entailed special themed nights, promotion nights and event concerts with some big names such as Buckcherry, Chase Rice, Love and Theft, Uncle Cracker, Brushfire, Lee Brice, Hinder and more!

For my internship I was lucky enough to have the change to work for this local company who is the main coordinator for the area. I was the manager of events and was responsible for overseeing the production of the event as well as all the fine details. I had a team under me who helped make each event possible and taught me just as much as I taught them.

Aside from my main job of bar tending in college I also found a job at the coffee and bagel shop on campus. Here I was in charge of making every cafe drink on the menu and more. I was also responsible for training others and leading our team with set up and closing procedures.
