Kaitlyn D. Luxton-Fields graduated from Chapman University with her Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Leadership Studies in May 2014. She is currently working as a Community Services Coordinator at the Montanoso and Sierra Recreation and Fitness Centers in the City of Mission Viejo. She works full time for the City and continues to volunteer with the Mission Viejo Marine and Sailors Adoption Committee.Previously, she served as the Administrative Assistant for the Recreation and Community Services Department at the City of Mission Viejo, reporting to the Director. Her duties covered a wide range of responsibilities including running the Community Sponsorship Program working on bringing in and supporting sponsors, assisting with events in a variety of capacities, providing direct customer service to residents and businesses, serving as liaison to the Mission Viejo Marine and Sailors Adoption Committee, designing flyers, programs and signage, supporting and preparing monthly reports for the Community Services Commission, managing the annual Community Master Calendar, editing the City website, and much more.Prior to her work with the city, Kaitlyn worked as a Marketing Coordinator for smplsolutions in Lake Forest where she managed social media and digital marketing, coordinated and assisted in the filming of Toshiba Success Stories, planned and hosted mixers and Lunch & Learns, and managed the website and SEO with Sequoia Technologies. Prior to that, she was a Business and Community Programs Intern at Anaheim Public Utilities where she worked primarily on solar and EV incentive programs. Prior to Anaheim, Kaitlyn worked as a Marketing Intern for the Cultural Arts and Events Committee in the City of Mission Viejo. There she worked heavily on procuring, processing and working with art vendors and entertainers.
