At Care Right Inc., we advise families with aging loved ones navigate through the long-term care process. We proactively plan with our clients to put a plan in place. When a medical crisis occurs, decisions need to be made immediately and if emotions are running high, sometimes the best decisions aren't always made. We find out what our aging loved ones' goals are (short-term and long-term) to make sure that we can place the proper supports into place, allowing for our clients to receive proper care. We facilitate difficult conversations, implement community resources, provide education, oversee loved one's care, assist with finding retirement communities, provide advanced health care planning and we are an advocate for our clients.
