• Actively manage client accounts for large Real Estate program, working directly with owners, investors, developers, property managers and agents• Facilitate coverage for new and existing clients through a consultative process and understanding of business and insurance markets• Process and issue invoices to clients for Real Estate and Construction insurance coverage• Interact directly with carriers, clients’ accounting departments and finance companies regarding invoices, billing schedules and collection of payments• Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual audits to be submitted to various insurance carriers• Use proprietary rating system to calculate property and casualty insurance premiums• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles, pricing/rating structures and strategies necessary to attain underwriting profits
