Currently, I am an Assistant Manager of Personnel in the Enfamil Resource Center at Reckitt where I manage a team of Consumer Specialists along with a Quality Analyst. Day-to-day duties include coaching my team on delivering a WOW! consumer experience and achieving KPIs, managing Contact Center operations, streamlining consumer relation processes, as well as identifying and providing opportunities for growth. In addition to my managerial skills, I have a strong background in sales, analytics, marketing, and customer service which I developed through my previous roles at CenterPoint Energy and Premiere Tan as well as my BS in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana.
