Kaitlyn Neff is regulatory policy analyst with expertise in interpreting complex regulations and guiding organizational responses to industry changes. In her role at Salt River Project (SRP), Kaitlyn drives strategic engagement with the Arizona Corporation Commission, shaping SRP’s regulatory strategy and fostering collaborative relationships to navigate complex policy landscapes effectively. Her role involves analysis of government actions and industry trends, as well as facilitating regulatory processes for major transmission and generation projects, ensuring compliance with the Arizona Revised Statutes.Previously, Kaitlyn served the Arizona State Senate in various roles, including Interim Director of Research, where she led a team of analysts and interns, provided oversight on research publications, and supported policy development in sectors including water, agriculture, natural resources, and energy. During her tenure as Deputy Director of Research, she focused on staff training and provided objective guidance on proposed legislation, helping to shape policies for the State of Arizona.In addition to her professional roles, Kaitlyn is an appointed public member of the Maricopa County Commission on Trial Court Appointments.
