I am also the product photographer and videographer, and regularly direct photo and video shoots. I project-manage ongoing photo and video initiatives and coordinate communication between the heads of production, engineering, sales, business development, QA, and shipping to consistently execute quality product photo and video shoots within the short window between product completion and shipment. This includes leading segments of our weekly sales, business development, and marketing meetings. I am also the coordinator for BHS Service School, for which I lead pre- and post-class planning meetings, prepare food, instruction materials for multiple multi-day training events a year, attended by technicians and salesmen of national and global brands as well as fortune 500 companies. I write copy for and design product literature and promotional materials. I also help plan and design and print internal posters for employee appreciation and corporate events, as well as take photo/video of said events. I manage and update the BHS Manual Wiki, as well as update the national and global E-commerce websites.
