Through my time at Francesca’s I worked many different positions and various locations all through the greater Seattle/Tacoma area. Customer obsession and satisfaction by building connections with guests was top priority. I gained much experience in recruiting/hiring, and networking. I gained a love for fashion and outfit styling which played into my visual merchandising development. In addition to building and developing my own team, I supported my district and a District Trainer and was responsible for recruiting, hiring and training many new Boutique Leaders. I also supported my district as a Recruiting Lead. I was responsible for supporting surrounding stores with their recruiting needs, including planning hiring events and out-of-the-box thinking surrounding new talent. Along with being a resource for my fellow store teams, I operated my own boutique ensuring customer satisfaction was top priority, coached and developed my team and maintained an operationally sound location.
