Help clients with accounts such as checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Loans, Debit cards, ect. This applies for both personal and business accounts. Also, includes tellering responsibilities.

Learned to run a cash drawer and preform teller transactions; loan payments, cash withdraws and deposits, change orders, ATM balancing, account transfers, etc. Had opportunity to go on calls with relationship managers and meet with clients.Gained knowledge of the procedures used to open personal accounts.

Greeted customers on the phone and direct them to which department they need to speak to. Organized paperwork and balance the previous day's till. Also, assembled journal entries and built sames spreadsheets in Excel.
