Kaitlyn Mick Stancy is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and creative entrepreneur based out of Northwest Indiana. She specializes in graphic design, printmaking, and photography. She is an advocate for environmental justice and believes in the power of transforming the world through creative response. She makes work ranging from documentary photography and abstract mixed media full of colors and textures to compositions alluding to otherworldly theories, deception, satire and social commentary. Her work is also influenced by her time living in the American Southwest.Stancy manages her own business called Flying Donut Press, through which she offers original artworks and zines, as well as art licensing, custom printed merchandise, and freelance design services. When she is not creating or working, she enjoys exploring new places and ideas.
