As a teacher and leader I focus on fostering a respectful relationship with students, parents, and staff. It is crucial to provide engaging, rigorous, data-driven instruction with collaborative learning opportunities, monitoring success and goal setting, and communicate every step of the way. My goal is for my students to leave my classroom with a passion for learning, respect for diverse perspectives and cultures, a feeling of pride in their successes, a deeper understanding of themselves and the ever-changing world around them, and mastery of the ELAR TEKS.
