I worked with high school age students on all aspects of preparing for college abroad (primarily in the United States), from college selection, to majors/career counseling, to applications. I also worked on designing and implementing college preparedness curriculum with our senior year students, acting as a liaison between the foreign and Chinese staff, and evaluating and measuring student success.

I worked with the International Partnerships Department at ESCP Europe, primarily with outgoing exchange students. The position involved coordinating course validations with over 400 students and over 100 partner institutions, helping advise current students on their program choice, and providing up-to-date program and partnership information via the Outgoing Master in Management program's intranet pages. This position required daily bilingual communication and advising with multinational students by phone, email, and in person.
