I am a lifelong gamer and have made it my mission to make gaming and entertainment experiences safer, more accessible, and more meaningful for everyone – players and production alike – from all walks of life, backgrounds, skill level, or accessibility need. Many of my core memories were formed with games at the center: playing Crash Bandicoot with my mom and big brother before school then Pokémon trading on the bus, staying up late to “just get to the next save orb, Mom!” in Final Fantasy X and being caught saving and continuing to play, reconnecting with my little brother after I moved for college by being “taught” how to use the Xbox controller by him calling out PlayStation symbols when playing Borderlands and Skyrim, becoming GameStop’s first ever Service Champion and changing the way they viewed customer experiences, going to E3 and making friends in the hotel lobby, finally meeting World of Warcraft guildies in person. This doesn’t even include all of the TTRPG/D&D memories – I am currently playing as a Tabaxi Druid in one campaign, a Dwarf Monk in another, and just dipped my toe into the Dungeon Master side by running my first game recently! My previous experience in Retail, Technical Account Management, Business Development, and being a Director of Gaming has positioned me well to provide insanely great strategy, business process optimization, revolutionary technology insights, outstanding customer experience solutions, and Trust & Safety initiatives – all on a transformational, digital, and global scale. In my current role, I lead the gaming and entertainment strategy around Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Risk and Fraud Prevention/Remediation, and Back Office, and Consulting. Prior to 2022, I spent four years in the technical industry between Technical Account Management at RealPage and IT Staffing at Apex Systems where I learned the ins and outs of IT and engineering.
