Hello, Linkedin. My name is Kaito. My first programming language was PascalABC.NET, a modern version of Pascal. Yes, you read it right, Pascal. All because my middle school used an ancient textbook. Yet, it became a great foundation for me to learn C/C++ in high school, Python through an online course, and other languages at the university. Now, I am a junior student studying Computer Science at University of Illinois at Chicago. I work as Undergraduate Research Assistant for a CS faculty, and Head Teaching Assistant for CS 111. I am also Recruitment Officer for Climbing Club at UIC, SparkHacks 2025 Organizing Committee Member and Sysengineer at Trackers at UIC. I have a diverse academic and professional background through coursework, work experience, personal and group projects, and self-learning. I'm passionate for learning, solving challenging problems, and teaching students.I am deeply interested in Software Development, Systems Programming, and Data Science, areas where I constantly seek to expand my knowledge and skills.
