When I am placed in a position, my objective is to become an expert and leader in that role. I take pride in easily acclimating to new environments and welcoming changes that are to come. With 7 years of experience in being an elementary educator, I’ve crafted a work ethic that has given me the ability to perform and operate independently with ongoing demands. I am strong in meeting the daily demands of administration, my students and parents. I work diligently to provide feedback daily. I maintain daily communication and data, both creating and inputting, for 23 students. I am consistently assessing needs and revising plans in place to best meet the needs of each individual. I am quick to assess an issue and resolve the matter. I balance multiple individuals needs (both academically and emotionally), family lives of each student, maintain balance between separated families, and create fun individualized daily lessons across all subjects! I am strong in many areas and always willing to grow and learn. After all, we are life long learners.
