Duties Include: Giving clients regular updates on their projects, managing the due dates for each individual animator, facilitating communication throughout the team, keeping the production management system up to date, ensuring that due dates are met and internal reviews are done in a timely manner, assisting the creative director with administrative tasks such as; payroll organization, bookkeeping, and the company hiring process.

Duties included: reviewing all the data associated with each tape, ensuring that all associated images of the tape and accompanying logs are clear and legible, creating clear and practical segments for each individual story on each tape with appropriate titles, ensuring that the data associated with each individual segment is correct.

Duties include: Facilitating filming schedules, Manage the company schedule, heading upthe internship department, handling sales for the company, coordinating all filming needsfor producers, Communicating with clients, create proposals and contracts for clients,Handle any on-set needs, assist on set in any position that is necessary (PA, Grip/Gaffer, AD,Sound, Camera Assist, Script Supervisor), and planning/coordinating annual events for thecompany.

Duties included: Assisting the producers in securing needs for filming, filing all paperwork,assisting in filing actors’ payroll, coordinated all travel for actors and non-local crew,managed catering, helped to troubleshoot any issues on set, managed any office issues thatarose, and coordinated communication between crew members.

I am part of the early AM team, we are responsible for unloading and putting out the merchandise that is shipped to our store. I also answered any customer questions both in-store and over the phone. While working at Micheal's, I was able to build problem-solving skills and team-building skills. I also had to become more flexible in this role given that my work schedule was not traditional working hours.

This was my first real job, and even though I wasn't at Kohl's long term I did take away a lot from my time there. I was a seasonal floor associate. I would make the merchandise look shoppable and interacted with customers in-store and over the phone. I was also a backup cashier if need be. I learned more about how to adapt to many different situations, especially as it got closer to Christmas.
