As the Officer Administrator for KJ Custom Screens & Outdoor Living, I am in charge of administrative tasks to ensure the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently as well as bookkeeping. Job responsibilities include support company operations, maintaining office services through organization and efficiency, reviewing reports, financial objectives, social media marketing, handling orders, schedules, and invoicing.

In charge of obtaining and implementing the staff schedule on the employee system, collect and calculate all commission and salary data for all staff members. Manage spa, handle all IT and customer issues, train new Sales Associates, answer phones/emails, check clients in/out, membership management.

Job included training and leading team members, most customer service, online marketing, office organization, creating artwork for jerseys, printing advanced-level jerseys, ordering supplies for orders, as well as all computer-related work.
