I am a dedicated advocate for human rights with a passion for making a positive impact on society. With a background in investigative journalism and a strong commitment to justice, I have spent years documenting and addressing human rights violations, particularly in Bangladesh. My work has involved conducting fact-finding missions on enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and various forms of gross human rights abuses.I recently spent eight transformative months working with a project at Amnesty International's South Asia office. This experience broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of human rights issues in the region. It reinforced my dedication to advocating for justice and improving human rights conditions. As a Coordinator of the Human Rights Defenders Network (HRDN) at Odhikar, a prominent human rights organization in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I have had the privilege of collaborating with diverse communities and organizations to raise awareness about critical human rights issues. My ability to meticulously document and disseminate information has been instrumental in advocating for change and justice. In addition to my fieldwork, I have participated in international training programs, broadening my perspective and strengthening my skills in human rights advocacy. I believe that effective communication and collaboration are essential in the fight for a more just and equitable world.I am actively seeking opportunities to contribute my expertise in human rights research, documentation, and advocacy to organizations that share my commitment to creating a better future. Let's connect and explore ways we can work together to advance human rights and promote positive change.
