The technical coordinator brings the vision presented and created by the design team down to the stage floor and into reality. Coordinating the technical plans from LX, Video, stage automation and sound, all the way from the plot, to load in, setup and show.The technical stage manager has the main responsibility for the health and safety during all stages of production. The technical stage manager manages the stage crew and coordinates the work of all the technical departments during load in, setup and show.

In 2014 the companies Konsertsystemer AS and Atea rental got together and formed a bigger company called Konsertsystemer LLB ASMy main work is to fill the rigger/head rigger role on the project management side, and also out on site. I also implement new hardware and software to create a bigger system for our rental management system, Easyjob.As headrigger in this company, I have developed the rigging and staging department of one of the biggest rental companies in Norway. I have also developed our new staging concept, with a 200sq.m back- and sidestage construction to our Stagepartner XXL mobile trailer stage.Toghether with others in Konsertsystemer, I have also developed a internet based database for documents and manuals for all lifting equipment.

Implementing new rental management system with barcode based device tracking for every single piece of equipment in stock.Chief Rigger for events in venues such as Telenor Arena, Norway Trade Fairs in Lillestrøm, Oslo Spektrum. Have also been roof rigger for events in Håkonshallen, Lillehammer, and Vikingskipet in Hamar.I also do a lot of CAD-drawing and weight calculations on the project management side.

Running a rental departement from A to Z, handling clients, guiding clients in their needs.

A trucking company that makes the most out of ad hoc assignments. Keeping four artic trucks and close to ten trailers on the road at all time, and twice that in periods of high activity. Also, maintaining heavy haul vehicles, handling clients and doing route planning.

As a logistics manager in Frontlite, I got a lot of great challenges. As one of the biggest supplier of stage, light and sound in Norway, I was doing logistics on some of the biggest projects in Norway.- Getting a project the size of 15 semitrucks loaded out and divided down to go directly to four other projects during the time period of 8 hours from start tear down to start load in on the new projects.- Getting 30 semitrailers with 6 tractors from Tildonk in Belgium to Bergen in Norway, and then further on to Oslo, and in the end over to Sweden without as much as any delay at all. This was the stage for Bruce Springsteen in Bergen, Koengen, and the tour start for AC/DC in the year 2009.- Semitruck going from Oslo to UK for the Top Gear Tour for 4 monts, delivered and customs handeled without any problems or delays.In addition to transport, I also was the link between the warehouse/loading docks and the project management. I did logistics on well over 1000 projects pr year, from the size of a Toyota HiAce to 30 semi trucks.On the asset management side I was in charge of one of the biggest rental stocks in Norway.

Managing the warehouse, and being a light technician. Also, I did quite a lot of arena rigging in 1000-4000 people arenas.

As a light technician in Grenland Friteater I was touring with two productions. One of them was a small tour with a lot of small venues, schools etc. The other one was quite a big theater rig, a play called "Draumens Hjarte". The production was designed by a designer in the theater venue. After the design and programming was done, I was rebuilding the set and preparing it for the road. After that, I was touring with the production for a few months.
