- Leading the rollout of the new SiSU Health Portal experience.- Responsible for setting up SiSU Health Design System and ran sessions to help team work more efficiently with standards and processes.- Designing a brand new end-to-end service. Working through the entire process of defining value proposition, discovery, ideation, testing, setting up feedback loop comms and service optimisation.- Worked the discovery of SiSU Health’s future business model which involved proving the business case and the interplay between design and business goals.
