Current• Process and input new client matters and documentation into the Firm's case management system• Prepare routine engagement letters and manage their distribution• Request, follow up and obtain medical records/bills related to client treatment• Verify, confirm, and document account balances with medical personnel• Prepare and maintain both hard-copy and electronic files, ensuring their accuracy and completeness• Copy, scan, and organize case documentation for paralegal files• Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, copying, and scanning, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness
