Namaste~ I'm Felicia, a yoga enthusiast who loves yoga at the first stretch! My affair with yoga began as a personal quest for holistic wellness. What started as a simple exploration soon became a way of life.In the year 2023, I’ve completed my first ever 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200), and I just have to say that Yoga is like an ocean ~ it’s deep and rich, powerful, teeming with life, and full of wisdom. It’s magical! Now, I'm on a mission to sprinkle a little zen in everyone's life, and help them find their balance, strength, and inner peace through the practice of yoga!My teaching style? Think of them as your personal chill-out space. I strive to create a welcoming space where beginners feel at ease and seasoned yogis find new challenges. Whether it's flowing through asanas or diving into breathwork and meditation, my classes aim to leave you refreshed, empowered, and smiling from within. But most importantly, we’ll find that sweet spot between zen and a killer workout.Beyond the mat, I'm a firm believer in fostering a community united by wellness. I love organizing workshops, retreats, and events that bring people together to share in this wonderful practice.
