I am a postdoctoral researcher in chemistry at Academia Sinica in Taipei. I am interested in studying the mechanisms of chemical reactions, and the applications of computational methods, data science in chemical problems. My research background during graduate study is to investigate physical fundamentals of organic reactions, including photochemical reactions that are important in biological process. I received comprehensive trainings in solving problems from both experimental and theoretical approaches. This help me greatly when doing projects that require multidisciplinary cooperations. Besides, working in a theoretical group in Academia Sinica, I have gained experiences in developing fundamental theories in computational chemistry, which allow me to understand insights about computational tools that many experimentalist view them as "black boxes". In addition, I also have teaching experiences in organic labs.
