As a robotics engineer, I contributed to the development of advanced technologies for mobile/field robotics in the areas of terrain perception/interaction and path planning with applications in planetary and terrestrial exploration and mission operations.

I mentored 15 students in 5 teams tasked to build Arduino-based robots thatcan autonomously play a game of Connect Four. From the top 8 teams out of 52, 3 were under my supervision.

At SEDS-USA, I worked as Vice-Chair to head fundraising efforts for the organization. In addition, I also acted as the liaison to the Board of Advisers and to alumni of the organization.

I was responsible for the design, analysis and fabrication of the excavation subsystem for the Purdue Lunabotics team participating in the NASA Lunabotics Mining Competition.

I wrote several grant proposals to acquire over $20,000 in funding for the team and was responsible for managing the team's progress. I successfully led the team to design and build a lunabot from scratch for our first year in the competition.

I was in charge of monitoring sample runs to ensure smooth operations of the mass spectrometry accelerator. I occasionally helped load the sample wheel in the source of the accelerator to start a new run.

My job was to perform simulations in ANSYS Fluent to model the low-pressure and low-temperature flow of sublimated water vapor in a pharmaceutical freeze drier. I then analyzed the results in Tecplot 360 to observe variations in pressure and temperature within the freeze drier and compared these variations to measured data.

I developed a MATLAB program that generates BADA (Base of Aircraft Data) files for UAVs and commercial airliners. To achieve this, I worked with FLOPS (Flight Optimization System) to generate simulated flight performance data to be processed by the MATLAB program and output to BADA files.
