    My primary focus was on identifying ways to optimise performance of the supply chain from end-to-end, to reduce costs and lead times to stores, while improving overall availability of products for customers. ● Proactively facilitating group sessions to identify, prioritise and plan initiatives for improvements in collaboration with stakeholders across all areas of the business. This included identifying and validating the benefits of new initiatives, and allocation across the Big W supply chain.● Delivery of initiatives for improvement in line with the business benefit forecast nationally, by engaging varied resources across the business ecosystem.● Tracking the progress of prioritised supply chain initiatives. I also shared and presented all initiatives and outcomes between Big W and Woolworths businesses, to ensure cross pollination and replication.● Business contingency planning and support of the national expansion of the supply chain network.Achievements:● Successfully improved the accuracy of store volume forecasting for the entire Big W supply chain network by 50%, with a forecasted annual saving of $10 million for the 2023 financial year. I challenged existing processes and behaviours, and engaged numerous stakeholders across the business.● Successfully completing lean/six sigma greenbelt training to become an improvement specialist and facilitator. Enabled tracking and building of the first ever Big W supply chain pipeline for initiatives, saving $1.2 million in validated benefits in its first year.● Led and managed the successful national integration of the vendor quality and compliance (VQC) system into Big W supply chain. This created a cultural shift with improved cohesion between internal teams.● Co-ordinating over $6 million in donations during FY21 for Big W via goods 360 charity.
