- Key Account Manager for different international groups including Microsoft, ICAN, UNICEF etc. - Managing key accounts for various projects - Responsible for client servicing and support of international projects.- Providing online client support through emails and calls. - Acting as a project manager for over 100 projects, looking after every core element including quality assurance.- Keeping track of budgets and payments schedule including all other relevant financial activities. - Responsible for giving directions for in house production of videos, artwork design and digital marketing.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.- Delegate acquisition for events, training and conferences.- Market research and surveys - Dealing with different organizations in regards to our training and conferences.- A member of the large scale division for the APAC regions.

- Leading a Research and Survey Project- Setting up training and development programs for employees- Coordination among employees- Participation in Panel Interviews- All other general HR activities.
