Passionate and committed Political Science student with a driven desire for advocating for meaningful change. Currently pursuing a degree at the University of Minnesota, with a strong foundation in Public Policy, Communication, Foreign Language, and Technology. Fluent in English with a proficiency in Spanish, bolstered by formal education and real-world experince. Additionally, I am completing a minor Public Health, which deepens my understanding of the intersection between policy, advocacy, and community health. As a Public Policy Intern at the Aliveness Project, I am actively involved in developing advocacy strategies to address legislative and policy issues impacting the HIV community, drawing insights from both my Political Science and Public Health studies. Through engagement with stakeholders and the Minnesota HIV Public Policy Coalition, I contribute to strengthening networks and amplifying impact.Additionally, my tenure as a Circulation Student at the University of Minnesota Law Library has honed my attention to detail and organizational skills. I consistently maintain accuracy while shelving library collections, ensuring seamless operations and patron satisfaction. My ability to effectively communicate and assist patrons underscores my commitment to delivering exceptional service.As an Orientation Leader with the University of Minnesota Office of Transition Experiences, I have demonstrated leadership and communication prowess in guiding incoming students and families through the transition to college life.
