As a Quality Engineering Intern at Mission Plastics Incorporated, my role involved ensuring adherence to quality standards and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

During my time at D-Electronics, I used computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed models and drawings of components, which were then used to produce prototypes for testing and evaluation. I also conducted simulations and analyses to evaluate the performance of the products we were designing.In addition to product design, I was responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes were efficient and cost-effective. This involved identifying opportunities for process improvement and working with the manufacturing team to implement changes that would increase efficiency and reduce costs.I also played a key role in quality control, working to ensure that our products met the required standards for performance, reliability, and safety. This involved conducting testing and analysis, as well as developing and implementing quality control procedures and documentation.Overall, my role as a mechanical engineer at D-Electronics required me to have a strong understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, and quality control. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, while also working to optimize our manufacturing processes to ensure that we were producing high-quality products efficiently and cost-effectively.
