To take care of the Complete pipeline which is water transmission system @ Shoaiba, Makkah & taif is under our responsibility, Still I am maintaing my previous role in this concern also as Erection/Installation conslultant Engineer for HV GIS, Power transfromers and MV Switchgear etc.,for the purpose of running the Megawatt motors to pumping the desalinated water from sea.

I have ​been ​work​ing​ at S​audi ​E​lectricity ​C​ompany​(SEC)​​ E​xtra ​H​igh ​V​oltage ​P​roject ​D​epartment​-W​​OA ​jeddah​ ​​in last ​5 years​ & currently in riydah​​.​​Further, I ​am h​​aving well experience about Inspection for Installation​, Testi​ng &​ commissioning ​of 380 kV GIS as per SEC standards in last ​5​ years & also having contractor side ​3​ years and ​​total 1​1​ years of experience(​8​ yrs gulf)​ in ​​construction​ as well as management​​​​.

 Registering the weekly routine Jobs & shutdown into SAP system with the co-ordination of Contractors . Follow up with WRCC (western Region Control Centre) / Maintenance to get the approval of routine jobs & Shutdowns Preparing weekly report according to the approved routine jobs. Attending weekly meetings with contractor in order to close the punch list. Making Punch list against the incomplete works. Assure the quality standards as per SEC Project Specification Co – Ordination with various subcontractors , responsible for handing over of final As-built drawings Issuing the SITE NOTE if the contractors violating the PTS. Monitor the work performance to ensure the respect of works standards & project specifications. Keep records & make corrections in Installation drawings if it is deviated from the approved drawings.2 x 502 MVA, 380/110/13.8kV GIS Substation with 12 Bays of 380kV and 17 Bays of 110kV with associated systems. Carried out the Site Supervision/Inspection, for Erection and commissioning of all the GIS Associated equipments/Structures of the following major equipments/systems. Coordination with all the teams such as design, testing and project planning group within the company. Attending Progress review meeting with contractors and preparation of progress reports3. Power Transformer 502 MVA - 2 Nos. 380/110/13.8 kV ONAN Auto Transformer.4. Auxiliary Transformer 2 MVA- 13.8 kV/380 V5. LCC, Control Relay Panel, Bus bar Protection, SCADA, SOE, Annunciation, Fault Recorder etc. As a consultant, attend the Inspection i.e., RMI & RFI as per contractor’s request. Witnessed for Installation of RTCC panels, AMR & DCU panels, 125 V DC Batteries & Chargers (back up for S/S), laying of earthing conductor, earthing risers, Capacitor banks, AC/DC panels as well as AC/DC lighting i.e., outdoor lighting, boundary wall lighting, transformer firewall lighting, link boxes Holding SEC(Saudi Electricity Company) ID to enter live substations.
