Key Duties• Submitting the MIS, Financial analysis reports, Cash flowstatements for each client.• Maintaining records of accounting transaction, payroll &Cloud base File management system• Performance of bank reconciliation & responsible for monthend closure• Periodic VAT return calculation and submitting the report(UAE VAT Legislations)• Planning and implementing the accounting system such asChart of Accounts, Report Layouts and customizations.• Providing clients with Ad-hoc reports & resolving clientqueries

Key Duties• Preparation & Submission of Monthly Financial Statements tothe board & its related supportive functions such as Monthend review, reconciliations, journal preparation.• Responsible to deal with tax functions such as Submission ofVAT return, Stamp duty & others.• Account Receivable functions such as Invoicing, age debtoranalysis & follow-up procedures with customers in recovery ofthe balance receivables.• Supportive function to export procedures such as liaising withbank & other authorities and agents• Accounts Payable functions such as Supplier invoice payment& liaising with supplier with regards to their queries.

Key Duties :• Handling of external audit engagements. Where covering the functions of performing audit procedures, preparationof the financial statements, communication of the findings to those charged with governance.• Recalculation, Calculation & furnishing the return of Income tax (Company/ Individual), Value added tax.• Handling of Non assurance services of the client such as financial management (Budgeting, forecasting), BookKeeping & Implementation supports over internal controls & Procedures.
