As (e-)learning specialists we are here to help your company with developing and executing (e-)learning trajectories (getting knowledge to the people in your company!) and knowledge management (keep that knowledge within your company!). We feel as if we are a part of the ASML team by now! This time we were asked to advise on- and create content for 3PLUS, the 3rd Party Logistics process of ASML. We created made-to-spec interactive e-learning for realization of training at more than 50 different locations worldwide. Making it available for class-room training and computer-based training for ASML's MyLearning LMS. At the moment we are busy with the follow-up e-learnings for these processess (incl. the creation of a game to explain content).

Toyota Motor Europe wanted to improve safety on their site by introducing a digital gate instruction for drivers and visitors. After creating a concept and winning the contract the team started to detail-out every part of the process, making sure nothing was overlooked. With short clips, in between questions, interactivity and a test at the end, this e-learning has nearly everything you could wish for. Available on 4 kiosks, in a short and a long version, in 23 languages. At the same time we rolled out our brand new i-Peak Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and already developed multiple add-ons to make it even better. In this case an integration with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) is available. Tracking & tracing of users is also done by the reports mode in i-Peak.

For ASML's Finance department we've created proper follow-up training per Foundation Concept (e-learning and classroom training), diving deeper into the content per level. We've explained lots of different topics and created links between these topics and the Foundation Concepts by using reappearing visual objects. All custom e-learning content created for ASML's MyLearning LMS.

As basis for changes within ASML the training department wanted to create a process-correct training, called "The Foundation Concepts". All colleagues received this training before diving deeper into role specific content. We delivered this interactive e-learning with voice over specifically for ASML's MyLearning system.

At ERIKS a new system was purchased. New things need explaining! We explained the work processess by creating e-learning in Enable Now (recording of transactions in software systems). We developed multiple modules for worldwide usage. Content was delivered in multiple languages for ERIKS (iPeak) Learning Management System.

Asics needed a e-learning developer who could quickly pick up the pace for creating custom e-learning with Enable Now (recording of transactions in software systems) to record and explain work processes for Sales and Logistics. We delivered the content on time and in multiple languages for Asics own Learning Management System.

Time was short for this project at Hendrix Genetics We created custom-made e-learning with Hendrix Genetics own processess in Salesforce in record-time (70+ different topics) and did all the after-project-support. Making sure all colleagues who needed to be able to work with Salesforce understood WHAT they had to do. Delivered with user tracking-and-tracing (SCORM) for our iPeak LMS.

Hendrix Genetics wanted to emphasize their new Project Management Model. With changes you simply NEED to create learning material for colleagues to understand WHAT they have to do WHEN. We created a custom e-learning kit, usable at all Hendrix Gentetics' locations worldwide (even where internet access is limited or non-existent). We delivered a responsive and interactive design with track & tracing which needed very little data, The data could be transfered by USB-stick or downloaded upfront (for example at a public location with slow internet access). Delivered in English and French, for multiple Learning Management Software.

At Royal IHC's Academy they quickly needed someone to develop training material for the applications Siemens Teamcenter (Product Lifecycle Management), Siemens NX and Solid Edge. Our team developed training material in record time, using short explanation animations followed by 'in application recorded transaction' training (one recording to show, practice and test a learner). After shaping learning trajectories in PlusPort (Royal IHC's Learning Management System) all content was published for use on the workfloor.

Royal IHC's HR department wanted to informing their colleagues in a transparent way about their role and the roles of others. We recommended to check out our dutch "Rijksoverheid Functiegebouw" as an idea. After creating a working concept for Royal IHC, we were given the challenge to create the "Royal IHC Function Building". It became a 5 module interactive learning path with tests and reference material which we are very proud of! Training material created for PlusPort (LMS), UPK (recording tool) and iPeak (reference mode).

Royal IHC needed some extra training developers to quickly record transactions in IFS applications (ERP software) for training material. We recommended to use iPeak software which records a 'show', 'practice' and 'test' mode at once. We also created the reference mode for context sensitive help (if you press the help button, the right topics pop-up to help you along). After shaping the learning trajectories for all 'One IHC' processess in Oracle Knowledge Center (LMS) and PlusPort the material was published immediately to be used on the workfloor.

At Heijmans, the Heijmans Utility Management System (HUMS) went through a change. To make sure all Heijmans colleagues work from the same (and correct) projectflows, we rapidly created custom e-learning modules. The modules were created for publishing in Heijmans' specific Learning Management System.

For Heijmans, the new Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) is a fantastic way of easily share and work on documents together. All Heijmans colleagues who work with EDMS needed to know HOW the system works and WHAT to expect. We rapidly created a custom e-learning kit. The modules were created for publishing in Heijmans' specific Learning Management System.

New IT-workplaces bring a lot of changes. 4.500 Heijmans colleagues needed to understand WHY and WHAT is changing and HOW they (for example) have to request specific software. In collaboration with our friends at Funk-e (for voices and some cartoons) we developed a special e-learning. The training played automatically as soon as you started working with your new workplace for the first time.

A switch to a new software system needs training. This change process at Cargill started with making sure all our Cargill colleagues understood WHY these systems are implemented, HOW these systems are helping them to do their jobs and WHAT exactly was changing for them. We created the interactive "Cargill Starter Training Kit". The digital basis on which role specific classroom training and e-learnings were offered to the Cargill colleagues. Created for our iPeak Learning Management System.

At Air Liquide they got the idea to let colleagues and contractors be able to follow the mandatory safety training/gate instruction online (for example at home). Those people could already do the training before coming to a specific Air Liquide location. We were able to reuse the already existing training content and create an online version, completely with new animations on the existing images for a more modern look and feel.In our iPeak system they can track & trace both types of learners (on site and at home). In both cases showing focus points for those who did not pass the test the first time.After completion of the training trainees automatically received the interactive version of Air Liquide's Life Saving Rules.

LimeWorks has been the company for all projects done with co-owner Sidney Haver between 2007 and 2012. I was responsibles for managing financial risks, financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting. With LimeWorks we founded, developed and helped with development of several known internet concepts.
