Key Responsibilities:● Ensured adherence to safety and security rules and procedures (PVM Guideline, Standards, Local Laws) for all personnel including 3rd party employees & technicians during both project execution and routine maintenance activities.● Implemented Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) project and recycled water at cooling tower & other areas results in 49% reduction in water consumption on per day basis.● Understanding feasibility of projects, prepared PD (Project Definition), cost estimations and project procurement plan.● Prepared P&ID (piping & instrumentation diagram), BOQ, and comparative statement of quotations.● Implement waste heat recovery system with the gas generator from which recovering 76% energy for reuse from flue gas & reused 11% energy from jacket water. It reduced around 1100 MT of CO2 emission and generating savings.● Coordinated with others to re-layout factory for new machineries required for new product development, process development without hampering existing system.● Conducted energy audits to identify opportunities for reducing energy consumption and costs. Developed and implemented energy-saving initiatives to optimize factory utility usage.● Led efforts to upgrade fire detection system, electrical distribution system, hot water & steam distribution system and closed CAPAs, GMP audit gaps, Gemba walk observations’ and other internal & external audit observations.● Participated in performing Factory Acceptance Test of new machineries.● Complied with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001 requirements.Major Projects Completed: ● Chocoliebe Eclairs (Conception and Initiation, Planning, Execution of new candy production line, Received PVM Star Award● ETP Upgradation & Zero Liquid Discharge Implementation, Received PVM Stunner Award● AHU Replacement ( Total 5 Nos AHU & Dehumidifier replacement with new unit) ● Cogeneration system implementation for 1.5MW gas generator

Key Responsibilities:-Being in charge of erection of plant’s main cooling water pipeline (RCCP, Maximum Inner Dia- 3400mm).-Monitoring & controlling the material, tools & consumables for construction work.-Ensuring the correct equipment, materials & welding techniques (TIG, FCAW, Arc Welding etc.) are being used for a weld.-Installing the power house drain pipe (Fabrication, Fitting, Welding, VT, PE Coating).-Complying all construction works with international standards i.e. ASME – IX, AWWA M9 etc.-Planning, arranging inspection with client and authorized consultants.-Coordinating with other construction teams i.e. civil, electrical etc. -Ensuring safety regulations for all relevant personnel & equipment at site.

Supervised the welding works for the construction of Payra 1320MW Thermal Power Plant, inspected the finished welds and also ensured the safety workers and other personnel at work site. After successfully completing the construction, operated the chemical tests of water and steam samples and operated the water treatment system of this coal fired power plant.
