• The position comprised management development, talent development, mentoring, performance culture and team development and employee training programmes. • Responsible for managing a Nordic team consisting of employees from Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Lithuania. Twelve persons in total.• Among my results, I can mention that my team delivered an excellent performance resulting in highly positive feedback from both the organisation and the executive board.

• Within this position, I had the overall responsibility for ensuring that approx. 1000 application employees had the skills and competences that our clients required.• Responsible for managing a Nordic team consisting of employees from Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Lithuania. A total of 14 persons. I was responsible for preparing and planning educational development plans for all functions within my area.• The result was that during the period in question, the business did not lack any skills or competences.

• In this position, I was responsible for carrying out appraisal interviews, defining education and career plans, carrying out performance interviews and inspiring business analysts. • It was my responsibility to be the manager of all business analysts in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Lithuania. A total of 280 employees.• In this role, I inspired the group of business analysts to implement new development tools and improve their consulting skills.

• The position focused on HR Learning & Development activities for approx. 4000 employees in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.o Moreover, within a development function, development plans for 1200 employees.• My responsibility was to assist my manager with all kinds of tasks and projects within the Nordic region.
