    Business manager for Briab's consulting operations, which includes 150+ consultants in eleven locations in Sweden within HVAC, project management, inspection, fire and risk management.The role includes responsibility for finance and budget (P&L), recruitment and skills/knowledge development, development of the service portfolio and customer base as well as quality and work processes. Turnover approx. SEK 170 million in 2022. The Business has trippled through both organic growth, expansion into new geographical locations, entering new services as well as by acquiring other companies in the field. As business manager within the consulting business, I lead a management team of 12 consulting managers, quality manager, environmental manager and business controller, who in turn manage the daily operations. I am also part of the Briab group's management team.Under my management we implemented a CRM-system, beta tested and developed our own digitisation tool for projekt reports using ML AI, implemented a workflow with modeling in BIM/3D and on the operationsside started using BI-tools to follow and make forecast for the business. An HR-tool was also implemented.Over the years, the nature of my role has evolved and changed upon the presence or absence of key management positions.
