About Kajsa Ekeroth

15 years of experience and success within International and Scandinavian Sales and Account management of SaaS, online marketing, user tests and UX research. 6 years on senior management level. After the many years in sales, marketing and UX where I consulted others how to collect and use data, where/when/how to advertise/communicate/build - I figured it was time to go from theory to practice of my own. Thus, I ventured into entrepreneurship and started BikeRunner.dk - which is a share economy work platform where you can get your bike fixed anytime anywhere by a competent "Runner". It was a convenience service I always wanted myself. Today BikeRunner consists of a network of 200 competent Runners, in Denmarks 20 largest cities.

    Scalepoint provides several SaaS for Insurance Companies throughout Europe. The most popular product, the “Easy Claims Content” software, is used to register, valuate and manage claims of lost or damaged goods. The Insurer is able to replace or pay out the value of the items to the customer through the software, that is supported by Scalepoint’s big Supply chain network. Because of ECC, the insurance companies save big amounts of money and time, and the system is a big part of the claim handler’s everyday work. I was responsible for the satisfaction of the customers in my account portfolio - 7 big Insurance Companies in Sweden (e.g Trygg Hansa, Länsförsäkringar). I scoped and managed feature development projects, implementation (introduction and coaching of Claim handlers), analytics of usage, savings and satisfaction (both claim handlers and customers). I moved with ease on all levels of stakeholders, both in-house (IT, Support, Supply chain, Finance, Data Management) and at the Insurer; global group representatives, head management Sweden, floor management, Claim handlers, administration and IT. I performed very well in this highly complex position at a young age. The software was originally developed for the Danish insurer's market, so there was no shortage of challenges in making it a success for the Swedish market. I was able to build strong relationships with key people at all levels at the Insurer. And to their satisfaction, I was able to detect several improvements in usage, design, savings and satisfaction - that was sold, scoped and implemented by me.
