As Risk Manager at Tre I lead and develop the risk management process and am responsible for setting the risk management framework. The work includes advising management in comprehensive risk management strategies and guide cross-functional teams in proactively addressing challenges. I take charge of initiating projects and provide coaching to empower colleagues in making well-informed decisions as well as to foster a risk-aware culture.Additionally, I take the lead in advancing the internal control efforts at Tre, coordinating internal audits and following up on implementing mitigating activities. By guiding these initiatives, I ensure the alignment of our internal processes with established standards and best practices in order to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the overall risk management framework.

As risk controller I advise and support departments in both risk management, internal control, business continuity management and crisis management. The work includes identifying, measuring, controlling and performing follow up of both strategic, tactic and operational risks within multiple areas such as IT, finance, sustainability, logistics and sales etc.Furthermore, I consolidate and analyse the overall risks for both internal and external reporting.

As a Risk Consultant at PwC Sweden I work within multiple areas including internal audit, business process controls, IT general controls and third party assurance projects. Whilst my main experience is within advisory and audit regarding internal controls, I also have experience from working with sustainability reporting and quality management systems.

Was elected as a member of the board for the Student Association Sesam at Örebro University and acted for a year in the combined role as Head of Business and Chairperson of the Business Committee. Work during summer employed by Coor Service Management placed at EY’s (formerly Ernst & Young) Swedish head office in Stockholm. Tasks included greeting visitors, manage documents for new employees and assist at company events.

Long-term consultant in reception and conference work at primarily EY (formerly Ernst & Young), Telia and Newsec Asset Management. Tasks included greeting visitors, answering phone and managing switchboard, assisting with preparations before and during company events.
