I undertook an end-to-end review of the international student journey including:▪ Holding research meetings with over 50 internal and external individuals with regular analysis and evaluation to determine gaps in the student journey ▪ Running focus groups and workshops and presenting outcomes to senior stakeholders▪ Identifying areas of potential improvement, submitting a report of inefficiencies and strategies for development▪ Engaging staff to develop and implement dynamic plans to improve the student experience and create a vibrant customer-led environment

MCI has an average of 400 students, both attending and online, and I led a team covering every aspect of the student journey, including recruitment, conversion from enquirer to registration, events, coordination of placement settings & workshops, wellbeing, and the student experience.

As part of the Global Engagement team, I worked to expand the University's global network. I organised events to raise the profile of UoL in the UK and abroad, working with relevant contacts in-country to deliver to set budgets and timelines. I organised events in Malaysia, Singapore, China, UAE, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and the UK, resulting in exceeded student recruitment targets.Alongside this, I engaged with key recruitment projects worldwide; identifying and building relationships with prospective teaching centres in the UK and overseas, undertaking due diligence, committee applications and training new centres on university processes and best practice. I was pleased to represent the division as an Inclusion Champion, working together with the central university to support equality and diversity throughout the organisation.
