Our team launched a comprehensive training program for Account Managers, implementing blended learning to effectively train a hybrid workforce at scale. We’ve reduced ramp-up time for new hires and developed a process (following the ADDIE model) for requesting and developing training, increasing the transparency and agility for training projects.
