• A UK based social enterprise organization that works in Uganda, Kenya, and Ghana. • Recruited to work along UK volunteers to train entrepreneurs to build their businesses into Small and Medium Enterprises. The training was done following Balloon Ventures curriculum. In my group we trained entrepreneurs assigned to us and tested their business ideas for a duration of 10 weeks after which we presented them for pitching of their business ideas for financing. All four of them were successful.• Was selected among twenty two volunteers to participate on a nine member pitching panel that was tasked with the mandate to evaluate and scrutinize entrepreneurs’ business ideas for financing.

• A Non–governmental organization that sponsors needy children for secondary and University Education and provides health services in southwestern Uganda.• Recruited on a temporary job to offer computer services including data management and link the organization to the general public. • Assisted the organization in acquiring computers to the sponsored children.• Setup a school management information system for one of the secondary schools. • Carried out data mining and evaluated the performance of the organization’s orphan sponsorship program for the last ten years. • Captured Data and analyzed on Barhd health centers performance.• Generated HMIS reports for four health centers under Barhd management.
