Commanding Officer – Senior Manager, in charge of personnel development, directing teams from 2 to 160 personnel in the readiness and performance standards. Accountable for optimizing the personnel resources needed to execute the organizations goals.

• Organized scheduling maintenance for 93 condominiums through the reorganization of maintenance request, and daily inspections of a $25M property and facility. • Standardized the maintenance of 32 clay tennis courts with the implementation of a daily maintenance tracker.

• Coordinated with developers and builders in the preparation of 64 home lots. • Overhauled the erosion control plan for two separate communities, and over 200 acres of land, researching laws and state regulations regarding erosion control.• Assembled and researched information in preparation of a $50 million sports complex aimed to assist and link high school athletes to future colleges. • Formalized information for a 55 and older community, developing and producing advertisements that assisted in the complete sale of 53 separate home lots in a one year period.
