I spent six years as a Swim Instructor Trainer acting as a single point of contact for parents astheir child progresses through the SafeSplash curriculum. My successful instruction gave methe opportunity to train incoming and inexperienced instructors on the SafeSplash curriculum.After my time at SafeSplash, I worked as an Executive Assistant for KMG Electric, Inc. foralmost 3 years during that time I accomplished administrative experience reporting to thecompany owner directly and other Co-Owners as well as business partners. I was dedicated tomaking the lives of busy executives easier and I served as an effective gatekeeper; preparewell-researched and accurate documents regarding our work sites and our payroll documents,managed extremely busy calendars; and efficiently handle daily office tasks.During that time, I became a proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access andOutlook) and I can type up to 75 words per minute.After graduating with my Masters in Education, I worked for Clayton Early Learning, I worked oncreating a dynamic learning environment for my students that was filled with provocations andmodifications throughout the classroom to support the children in their unique learningexperience throughout the day. I also ensured their families and the organization that thechildren were also safe both mentally and physically during the school day while following aprecise classroom routine to help children self-regulate.I am an advocate for implementing processes from start to finish and continuallythinking of ways to create efficiency. Over the last two years, I have been working as a leadteacher for MHEL and I have been helping shape the young minds of children in low incomefamilies. As the lead teacher I am responsible for assessment data, observation data, lessonplanning, parent communication and classroom management.
