Instead, kids learn these skills through hobbies that typically have far more boys than girls, and this propagates its way to be part of the cause of why women are so underrepresented in STEM.At Alytica, we're driving equity in STEM by making digital games and gamified products that train spatial reasoning.Direct spatial training evens out girls’ scores with boys’, increases their interest in STEM, and improves everyone's grades. Research has also shown that such training could starkly decrease the gender gap in STEM. -
