As the Director of Retail Operations at Ballast Point Brewing Company, I oversaw the food and beverage strategy and performance of one of the leading craft beer brands in the US. With over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I have developed core competencies in team building, inventory management, and restaurant operations.I led a team of over 300 employees across seven locations, ensuring optimal inventory, quality, and profitability. I have also led the planning and execution of opening up three new locations within my time at Ballast Point.
