In my capacity as a brand ambassador for Shared Spirits, I am responsible for showcasing particular brands and ensuring customers have outstanding experiences during tastings at retail locations. My duties involve product tastings and offering brand education to consumers.

My daily responsibility involves curating the store's top-quality spirits selection and providing outstanding customer service. By doing this I ensure all shelves are stocked, the floor displays are visually pleasing and engage with the customers in helping them with buying decisions. I play a key role in purchasing decisions and participate in choosing exclusive whiskey, rum, and tequila single barrel picks. Weekly, I host product tastings to boost sales and educate customers on various brands. Additionally, I have been instrumental in enhancing our social media presence, achieving a remarkable 183% increase in engagement within just six months. Crafting content for the store helps reach our target audience and drive foot traffic.
