Branch Banking PBRM :1) Responsible for managing the HNW portfolio clients.2) Responsible to handling portfolio book size of 50 cr plus customers & groups.3) Responsible for Day to day customers services.4) Responsible to do more cross selling products and asset products.5)Responsible for activities regarding the sales calls, marketing, customer acquisition, customer relationships build-up, generating new CASA Leads & NTB.4) Responsible for dedicated Relationship Manager services end to end.5) Responsible for backup teller and backup ops.6) Responsible to follow the all complaints parameters and other all non financial transactions works.7) Responsible to identify the customers needs and ensure to deliver on priority basis.8) Responsible to handle over the counter services.9) Managing CRM works & Leads followup & Achieving the Annual Plans incomes..etc.10) Responsible to address all ineed works immediately for inside portfolio clients and outside portfolio clients.

Branch Banking Team,1) Responsible to source new CASA A/c's.2) Responsible to Handling all Existing customers Services & Complaints.3) Responsible to bring more Funds & Cross selling products.4) Responsible to handle branch Lobby.
