In general, The technical involvement includes Project bidding, Resource Planning & Execution, Skill acquisition, Co-ordination, Design and Implementation of Policies for Technical quality review, Project closeout and other involvement as and when required to meet the project requirements.The roles in BIM operation are: Author the BEP’s, TIDP & MIDP in association with lead office, Creation of software templates, BIM standard Library & Reference documents, Setting up of CDE, Review the federated models for clash detection and interference checkingI have worked on development plan in order to increase team productivity through skill development and implementation of new technologies for CAD / BIM automation.
