Handling end-to-end recruitment process. Responsible for requirement gathering from existing client or SPOC, sourcing, screening, short listing, proposing suitable candidates for client evaluation, follow up with candidate & client for feedback. Monitoring the vacancy need for the client organization. Identifying and sourcing the right candidate to match the suitable opening.Utilize and manage maximum resourcing sources. Coordinating and scheduling final interview of the candidate with the client company. Follow up with both the candidate and company. Salary negotiation & closing of candidate. Post offer and Onbording processing follow up.Working on different types of requirement ranging on different technologies for various levels.Involves end-to-end complete life cycle of the recruitment process such as candidate sourcing, qualifying skills, interviewing candidates, fixing interview scheduling, follow-ups and closing.Procuring the multiple requirements from the clients.Responsible for the Job Postings in various job portals. Establish the relationship with Vendors & Candidates. Allocating the requirements to team members in daily basis Trained internal team members on recruitment process Identifying prospective candidates through Personal Reference, Networking, Jobsites, Own Database and advertisements.Derive Job Descriptions.Conducting of preliminary HR interviews to understand more about the candidates and to validate the credential against the job specification.Conducting preliminary test for specific request from clients.Arranging telephonic and personal interviews to the short listed candidates and excel sheet reports will be submitted to the concern client. Follow up with placed candidates about the job and new candidates regarding Interviews & relevant Openings.Coordinating with client and the candidates for smooth operation.Negotiating with the clients & candidates for CTC.Ensuring the joining of the candidates.
