Assists in general office tasks like Travel Management (local & international) to Cross functional Managers andDirector Sales, Calendar Management to the Director – Sales Arranging and organising for Yearly Sales meets and new launches Arranging Customer visit to the Factory & Exhibition Centre. Conference arrangement and taking minutes of the meeting and circulate to the team with target dates andfollowups. Maintaining Director Sales reimbursement as per policy and getting approval from the Manging Director. Provides reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, finance managers etc. Supports sales persons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment – SAP, Tendering tool andCRM) and customer inquiries Maintains customer data and hierarchies in SAP + CRM as instructed by sales person or key account manager Monitors the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to right person Follows up the customer’s approval of designs and lay-out drawings Maintains sales and tendering tools and master templates as instructed by sales manager / product manager
